THE DESIGNER: SKYE BRAGG
'My inspiration comes from the beauty of nature, the texture of a
red gum, the ripples in the sand, the form of a gumnut or seedpod.'
Textures play a large part in Skye's work. Skye doesn't necessarily plan a finished piece; it evolves as she is making it, making many of her pieces unique.

Skye has a love of nature that has inspired her to create her jewellery as art, and living on the Darling River gives her endless inspiration.
Skye began silversmithing in high school. She developed her skills in the McGregor Schools, texturing metal with Barbara Ryman and taking courses in Multifunctional Jewellery and Unique Jewellery as Art with renowned metalsmith Rex Steele Merten.
Skye exhibits throughout Australia. Her studio is located on a large sheep and cattle property where she lives with her husband and three daughters who provide her with endless support and encouragement.
'I hope you enjoy this collection of my work and are inspired to wear it, enjoy it and pass it on.'
